Schools and boarding houses are fast-paced, and at times, pressured environments. In this context, working relationships are crucial to ensure situations are dealt with consistently and coherently. The relationship with your manager, whether they are Head, Deputy Head Assistant Head or Head of Boarding, is paramount to the smooth and effective running of a team, as well as an enjoyable and rewarding working life. This webinar will focus on practical strategies.

Gaelle Sullivan, Director of Research Services and Inclusion, and Director of TIOB

Gaelle is Director of Research Services and Inclusion, and Director, TIOB. She and joined the BSA in January 2023. She is an experienced senior leader and has worked in a range of state and independent schools. She is a qualified SENCO and holds a Masters Degree in Inclusive Education. Prior to joining the BSA, Gaelle was Deputy Head Pastoral, DSL and Head of Boarding at an all-girls independent school in the South-East.
