Course Outline:

Part 3 of 3 interactive workshops to help those is positions of leadership within boarding develop effective leadership skills and tackle common challenges and issues faced by leaders and managers.

Laura Ogilvie-Jones, Career & Leadership Coach

Laura is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the ICF and has expertise and qualifications in careers guidance (PGDip & QCG) and emotional intelligence (EQ-i 2.0). She supports individuals and businesses to become the best versions of themselves by gaining the confidence and clarity to eradicate a lack of direction, become unstuck, experience growth in their careers and achieve more happiness. People engage Laura to work with them because of her direct, open approach, which is framed with kindness and coupled with exceptional active listening skills; she can quickly help someone identify barriers and limiting beliefs that are holding them back and then help them devise effective and purposeful action plans so they can move forwards in their career and life. Laura coaches individuals in one-on-one sessions and also offers group workshops. Her varied career has involved working within private boarding schools both teaching and working in business development within Admissions and Marketing, and she has lived in boarding schools when her husband was a Housemaster. She has also worked in careers guidance, marketing/comms, business development, headhunting and retail.
