Course Outline:
What does the best leadership look like? In this interactive seminar, Jill Berry will discuss how we formulate our vision of what the best leadership looks like (including learning from positive and negative role models), and what we have learnt from leaders we’ve worked with in our career – things to emulate and things to avoid. She will then consider the practical steps we can take to strengthen our practice and develop into the best leader we can be. This session will be useful to aspiring and serving leaders at different levels.
